Out side of the graphics that you want. I would suggest downloading a free WYSIWYG editor. It stands for What You See Is What You Get. This will give you total control over the end product. If you want your logo on the top just insert your image there. The application will write all the html for you. I think it's best to know how all pieces of the puzzle work even if you have someone else design it for you. There is also a free beginners tutorial written by Joe Barta at http://www.pagetutor.com/html_tutor/index.html
It's a lot easier than you think.
If your planning on having a store you can setup an interface with paypal that's pretty straight forward.

Go with ufo_josh. His stuff looks really good (could do without the music, though). The last thing you want to do is try to design the site yourself or let someone do it for free (you get what you pay for)…let a pro like Josh handle it. It may cost you some money, but you will be happier in the end.
