where can i find free web hosting, free registered domain name with email, and free site builder all in one?

I am looking for a way to build a web site with a free domain name ie: www.yourname.com, that also offers web site building, email addresses associated with that domain name and free hosting. Is that even possible to find? I thought maybe if I could find a site that registers domain names for free, that allow you to host that domain name on a different site which could offer free web builder and hosting, would work. Any one have any suggestions?
I tried replying to your answers but I couldn't see how to do so. We do have some funds but not a whole lot extra for these types of things. I'm jst trying to volunteer to put put one together for them. I mdidn't think there was a way to do it or that it was safe. If I found a website building website, could I use that and buy a domain name and pay for hosting. Can you suggest a safe and cheap site(s)?

I used to have a website through http://www.20m.com. The only time you wud get a free webhosting be when you are a source of advertising for the hosting company, therefore they wud display small web adds on your pages and also your domain name would include their name as well. Which means your webname would look something like this: http://WWW.YOURNAME.20M.COM.

you probably cant find it free and you wouldent want it free because then they have no liability and low security its not that expensive to buy all that stuff you can probably get it all for under 200 bucks

There are sites out there that offer free domain hosting, but in order for a company to give out free domain names, they have to fork over millions of dollars. It's just not possible to obtain domain names for free, for not only the general public, but for companies as well. *Someone* has to pay for it, if not you.
Since this is a non profit organization, you can ask for donations, and also, is there any reason why you or anyone else in this organization can't pay for it? Don't you have other expenses? It's really difficult to run a non profit organization without existing funds.

I am not sure about these other ones they have listed, but I use ITS and they offer a range of site hosting packages that are very affordable and they will work with you to build a site cheaply and simply if that is what you need. I have used them for site hosting but I have heard good things about the sites they have built too. They are a small company specializing in helping small businesses and Non Profits should be in the same category looking for cost effective solutions too. If you are serious about websites either for personal or your business, don't go to free web hosting as they are usually not reliable and you may end up losing all your hard work. Free web hosts usually put advertisements on your websites and it could be annoying.
If you like to create websites (usually you will end up more than 1 website, I got more than 100 websites in about 6 months' time), go for multiple web hosting services where you could host all your websites in one account.
