is it possible to transfer a domain from godaddy..?
Posted on Mar 24, 2008 under domain news and reports | 5 CommentsI have a premium account on freewebs and and it does not come with a domain. i do not wish to purchase the domain from freewebs because of the overly price of 20 dollars. so i want to buy a domain on godaddy for 10 or 11 dollars but i need to know if i can transfer it on to freewebs within a day or so?

Yes, you can transfer domains from any registrar to any other of your choosing. They don't own your domain name an are only providing a "holding" service per say.
