Yes as long as we are talking about XP pro. Domains are set up away from the workstation computer so you aren't really setting up 2 domains on your computer. But yes at the logon prompt just select the domain name from the 3rd dropdown box. You may have to press options to see this last box.
In order to join a domain, you must be running Windows XP Pro (Home can not join domains). Your PC can only be part of one domain at a time. You would have to switch between the domains as needed.
Right click on My Computer and go into Properties. You should see a Computer Name tab. Click the "Change" button and join whichever domain you need. Repeat the process to switch domains as needed.
