It seems highly unlikely. DROA is a Canadian company, and Yahoo is based out of Sunnyvale, CA. Plus, it seems that DROA is in a bit of legal trouble. http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2003/12/domainreg.htm
I'm sure if they were affiliated with Yahoo! that we would have heard about it. Yahoo!'s just not likely to pull these kind of shenanigans.
