Need help with a domain name.?

When I input it, I get a response that it is already in use. But, when I search for the website by that name, none exists. What's up with that? Any ideas?

try spelling it maybe a letter short or a differen way, but means the same.

Someone owns it, but does not use it.
Go to netsol.com and do a whois search.
That will provide you with the owners information to contact them for a sale.
