I'd check the Democrat, Republican, Green, Socialist, and Communist Party web sites. NY Times opinion pages are sure to have some articles.
For articles opposed to eminent domain: Libertarian and Constitution Party web sites, CATO Institute, Future of Freedom Foundation, and the Chalcedon Foundation.

Try typing in eminent domain in the search engines.
Yahoo, google, overture, etc. etc.
Are you guys just posting questions just to be posting them or what?
