multiple node domain name registration ?
Posted on May 31, 2008 under domain news and reports |where do i register multiple node domain names for eg. finance.yahoo.com or froogle.google.com
Thanks Toni M. The 2nd part of your answer, answers my question.
Please correct me if I am wrong….
So it is safe to understand that I only need to register a domains for eg. mydomanin.com or mydomain.net … and then the hosting company gives me access to the subdomains like support.mydomain.com…. and i do not have to register support.mydomain.com as such

This question is not very specific. Can you explain a little more about what you want to do?

I don't understand what you think with "multiple node", but, if you think about your domain to point to 2 or more different IP addresses, you could get any domain registrar that give you total control of DNS records.
If you think about sub domains (like support.yourdomain.com, forum.yourdomain.com, or somethingelse.yourdomain.com), the answer is that your hosting company should give you rights to host unlimited or multiple sub domains.
But, for best answer of your question, your question should be more descriptive.
Have a nice day,
