Outlook is on my PC and when I open it Im asked for user name password and domain Where can I get this info?

FROM YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER… IT'S THE SAME USER AND PASSWORD USED TO CHECK YOUR MAIL… AND THE DOMAIN DEPENDS ON YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER…

If you own a domain name and you host something on it, you may be getting emails with that domain. So, you can use those info and put them into your outlook.
And even, Gmail is also providing POP3 access, you can access gmail emails from outlook itself,
