You can go to freewebs.com, or you can just use any other domian name place. It doesn't have to be a .com or .net, they have options depending on what you want your site for.

Search for a web host.
Google the following:

.org Web Host
.us Web Host
.info Web Host
.biz Web HHost
.bz Web Host
Get a .org
Domain Name .org
Get a .us
Domain Name .us
Get a .info
Domain Name .info
Get a .biz
Domain Name.biz
Get a .bz
Domain name .bz
Perhaps you can try a few other combinations, I'm soon you'll find something soon.
