   It is a code that you need to get from the registrar that domain is registered at, I'm assuming you are probably trying to transfer a domain from one registrar to another. You only need an Auth code for domains that are not .com or .net, atleast for now. You might find the code you are looking for somewhere in the management section in your registrar account. Check the "help" section for any info that registrar gives on transfering names. Hope this helped……
