   It means that your server is off by more than 10 minutes than the PDC's clock. It's an error that is NOT from spyware.

   You may need to change your CMOS battery. Are you getting "CMOS settings changed to default, Press F1 to continue, F2 to enter setup"? messages when you first start up your PC?
