If you get this for any message you send to any e-mail account, you've got a misconfigured SMTP account.
If you get it only for certain domains — for example, any message you send to someplace.com gets rejected, but anotherplace.com works fine — then you probably have a problem with your DNS service, or your host has been rejected as a valid sender by the domain.
There is an error code that came back, such as 510 or the like. Update this with that code.
