did you puch the send button after completing your email. Is the internet cable plugged in. Is there a mouse attached to the computer. Do you have eyes, if so do you need glasses.
First thing you wanna check is your dns. Make sure that a reverse pointer is set up for it as most commercial email services requires it to authenticate the email. You might also be required to set up spf (check openspf.org for more details).
