How to get a free domain and no adds site free! (*NO JOKE I DID IT*) — in return help me promote my site?

I need it promoted best as possible anyone have any ideas.
I spent a long time tinkering to get it add free and have a domain 100% free but now i need to let the world know its there. I have added it to search engines and directories but cant seem to get a solid stream of hits. This is my first website and i am 13 years old so im hoping it will go well.

Getting free domain and add less website:
I did alot of reasearch and endless tinkering untill i used frontpage to edit a fortunecity account. I got the HTML of my geocities provider and put it into frontpage and uploaded to the fortunecity covering up all the adds. I then went to www.freedomain.co.nr/ that gave me a domain and so my fornt page was addless because it was covered up. I could have repeated process for each page (covering the adds using fortune city, page builder and geocities). Hope this helps at all if you want an addless domain free
