Where can I get a freewebsite with my own domain for free?

You cannot get your own domain for free. All domains require a yearly registration fee which is only a few dollars. As for hosting there are a few places you can still get free hosting, though usually you are required to have ads of some sort on the site. I am not up to date on who does free hosting, it's just much easier to pay a couple dollars a month for hosting that is mostly unrestricted or for people like me to host on your own equipment. Right now I pay for hosting due to isp restrictions on hosting servers. This would be the ideal 'free' solution, to host on your own equipment and only pay the yearly domain registration and isp costs. Though it requires more technical knowledge and regular security maintenance.
One other option is to host on your own machine and use a redirector like cjb.net which gives you a domain pointed to your ip. The domain is not your own registered domain, but is a subdomain or some variant based on the redirector's domain name (eg. mydomainname.cjb.net). Going this route means you have to know about running a webserver, related security administration and be allowed to do so by your ISP.
