you have to buy domain and most domain compains allow u basic free hosting for webpage. i fu need a full flash website – u need to purchase hosting.

Try http://www.godaddy.com or you can go to http://www.freewebspace.com and get a free website domain.

There are a lot of "free domain name" services. You can have a free site on something like yahoo and then you get a domain name (for free) from like cjb.net for example. They will let you set up a domain name like whateveryouwant.cjb.net, in return they put some ads on your page.
Everyone can get to your website by going to whateveryouwant.cjb.net.
