It looks like it's a browser-based application that is messing up. It's nothing on your end but on their end.

Looks like an error in your kernal. It is saying it can not modify the header information due headers already sent by out put that was sent from usr (user)/local (your machine)/ nf (net firms) / share/ cgi/ protection. in user / local/ nf/ share register entry. If you have Microsoft tweekui or regclean, you may be able to repair the problem. Or use regedit and see if it tells you anything. Or contact them and see if they have a fix. You may have to re-install your interface with them.
