economic in cost, unstable in service. you should spend some money if you want to construct a website. isn't it?

I would suggest not doing a free host. The only stable one I have found if you must is geocities.
You can avoid the headache of ads on your site, register your domain for a year, and have reliability by using doteasy.com for about $35 a year. The cost is closer to $25 if you do not add in the domain lock to keep others from trying to reregister your domain elsewhere.

The one I use is Geocities (brought to u by the good people at Yahoo!); its quite stable and easy to use; but this is for a full website( or page, as u may). If u r going to host photos, Yahoo Photos, Flickr, Photobucket.

the one i use is http://www.lx.ro. it's a free Romanian server, and you have 350Mb storage capacity. the only thing is that you cannot upload mp3,mpg,avi or any other media files, unless you have copyright.

Hello,
Free hosting has limitations and you get only little bandwidth and space. Yet it is good to host your site in freesite until it is fully developed.
I would suggest http://www.50webs.com because they provide adfree hosting, domain or subdomain and is quite stable hosting I have seen.
