Hi,
I have a site hosted on ipowerweb servers. It's about to expire and I'm gonna change my hosting provider.
I have been hosting this site with them for almost 4 years, and last one has been a completelly hell!!!
Site has been down about 4 times the last 6 months, problem is: when it's down, it keeps like that for about 5 days!!! I always ask for assitance in less than 2 hours once I realize the site is down but they solve problems so slowly…
I don't know what happened, because first 3 years were amazing, excellent service and assistance, but last year has been enough for me to decide a hosting change…

A long time ago I hosted with ipowerweb. I had some major issues with their support staff or lack there of at the time. I switched away from them and since found an incredible web hosting service. The new hosting company I found hosts in excess of 200,000 domain names and offers you more databases then you will need as well as the ability to have multiple separate domain names on a single account. For me choosing my new web host saved me hundreds of dollars per year.
The level of service and support I get now is beyond words. I am currently in charge of about 20 separate domain names and host them all with the same new web hosting company. I also recommend my current web host to all of my prospective customers as I own a web design and development company.
