Is there a program that will setup up a member login database on my godaddy mysql server?

If you are looking for a "portal" type of web site for your own use, I would suggest you check out DotNetNuke.
If you have a windows account at godaddy .. it is available for free installment on your web space and will automatically create a database where people can become "members" of your website .. and .. you can build that website yourself using the tools that come with DotNetNuke.

ok if he is using MySQL chances are he has the Unix Package in that case download PHPNuke or install Mambo (be advised) install PHP mambo right or your security could be comprimised (godady probably has it fixed), but PHP has a security flaw in some of its design its been patches but dont grant 777 permission to your HTTP root.
