With "auto-renewal" option selected, does GoDaddy.com auto-renew the domain name for one year or two years?

Posted on Dec 19, 2008 under GoDaddy.com | 9 Comments

I have a domain name which i bought with GoDaddy. Now it is close to expiration. I have enabled the "auto-renew" option. So, it will automatically renew the domain name, and not let it expire.

But will it renew the domain name for 2 years or 1 year. The reason im asking this is because everywhere in GoDaddy, by default, 2 years is selected. That has made me confused. So, please help me out!
