How do I get Wordpress on Hostmonster?

Just bought a domain on Hostmonster and would like to get WordPress installed on to there, what is the best course of action?

    if your hosting account supports PHP and MySQL, just download it from wordpress.org, and upload the required files to your hosting account.

    Go to Wordpress.org. They lay out the steps to installing Wordpress.

    You'll probably need an FTP program too. I recommend CuteFTP. I'm not familiar with Hostmonster, but they might have tools in your admin section to help you upload files there, which would eliminate the need for an FTP program.

    I just did the same. In hostmonsters cpanel, in 'software', you will find 'fantastico'. With fantastico you can install wordpress with just one click. I'm a complete newbie at this, so this seems to be the perfect solution. My wordpress still doesn't work though, but I guess, that's because my domain is not yet up and running. Let me know what you're up to!
