Already have a domain from GODADDY.com…now where do i get web hosting at, does it have to be thru go daddy?

i just created a domain for my website. I went thru go daddy.com. now how do i edit it and build it? I know i go to a web hosting thing. But does it have to be thru go daddy or anywhere is fine? If so what ideas do you have? Godaddy.com had a free one but it was really plane outlines and themes and stuff. Can i put my own pics and stuff? PLease help me

Im not a big fan of GoDaddy of anything other than getting domains. Try this site. They have a list of very good and cheap web hosts. You should be able to find what your looking for there.

I have a CSS template and would like to upload it to my GoDaddy Hosting Account. Where do I start? This is all completely new to me!!

all uploads are done through FTP
if you registred your domain name with GoDaddy… you are almost set. if you did not register your domain name with them.. you should go to a place where you registred your domain and change your DNS numbers to godaddys numbers…
from there, when you login. click on "open" to open control panel. there you will see FTP client.. it’s their web based ftp client. you can also use windows based client as us WS http://FTP...
simply login to ftp://yourdomain.com
replace yourdomain.com with your domain name.
when you added domain name to your account, they asked you for username password.. you should use that to login to your ftp.
