Help! I am trying to cancel a PLATINUM membership w/ GoDaddy.com and they want a faxed form w/ photo id !!?
Posted on Dec 29, 2008 under GoDaddy.com | 7 CommentsAll I gave them to sign up was my bank card #!! They won't refund my $ until I send in the form w/ photo id. Does anyone know a way around this ? Please help, as I am weary of sending a photo id via fax due to identity theft.

Either call your credit card company or customer service at GoDaddy.com using a telephone and explain your concerns. I use them and have called them personally and they have worked with me always. A link below has their phone number for support. Good Luck.
