I need a website for this online magazine, probably will store a lot, and we suck at coding…so we will need an online CMS, like drupal, to help us out.

We are on a limited budget. I've heard there's free hosting out there, and you just have to pay for the domain name, comes out to $6/year.

$13/month is way too expensive. Like I said I'm looking in the $6/year range. Why would I need that many domains, if I'm only creating ONE website?
