free hosting with very few adds if not non and short name?

and no pop ups cause they freak me out and to have a short name as well 
.. any one can recomend some free hosting sites that give that ?

I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod.
