Hosting a video file on a free service. Anyway to tell how many people downloaded my file?

Lets say I host a video file using a free basic HTML based website, is there a way? How?

    Unfortunately most free sites only let you upload HTML and images. If you link to an upload site like radidshare you'll get a tally of how many people download your video. If you -do- find free webhosting that lets you upload videos (very rare), you can create an HTML page with a counter on it and embed the video in it, with a Save Target As link below it.
