my b.f runs a website over 5000 visits per day, he is being hosted by a russian host but every month they asking him to upgrade the service wich means pay more money, they shut down he`s site 2 times saying he uses high CPU (whatever that is). right now he`s monthly payments are $49. I keep telling him he is being ripped off but he doesnt get it. So am i right or wrong? and if you know a better host for cheaper money please let me know

I just signed up for hostgator. I have my main domain, but I want to create subdirectories (i.e. additional pages to the website) I have no idea how to do this and the tutorials do not help.
