What’s the scoop on GoDaddy.com? Anyone used it-is it reliable? Easy? Worth it?
Posted on Mar 27, 2009 under GoDaddy.com | 596 CommentsI currently use Piczo.com to make a website, and I guess now we can get a domain name and “point” it to our piczo site to have just ourpiczositename.com instead of ourpiczositename.piczo.com.
So, I was wondering if doing that is easy, and do I just purchase a name and thats pretty much it?
thanks for whatever advice or tips you can give
a couple of you mentioned web site hosting…but isn't that what I'm donig with Piczo? I've already been building a website with Piczo, its just the advertisements and the .piczo that are still attached to it.

Yes, you just purchase a domain name at godaddy and point it to piczo. If you want the real hosting goddady has a couple of cheap plans:

Honestly I don’t have any experience with scoop! However as you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website. If you are going to create your website: 1- Buy a domain name. 2- Buy a web hosting service to provide your online space and enable you to get your website online at your purchased domain name.
