I wouldnt use it, use UK2NET, its cheap, offical and has no adds or active X control sytems in it… !!!! ***** 5 star rating!!!

I would recommend BlueHost to anyone. They have great services and server uptime.
The only reason I wouldn't recommend BlueHost to a client is if they have a need to use the ffmpeg module. This module converts video formats (like wmv, mpg, etc..) to flv format. BlueHost does not offer this module because of the stress that it puts on their servers.
If you don't need ffmpeg, then I say they're a great option!
