How do I make my website like Pursebuzz.com with a GoDaddy account? click for details?

When I visit kaitlenisawesome.com, it is a blank page.
How can I get it to be like pursebuzz.com where when you visit it, there are two links. One to the hair section and one to the makeup section.
My domain is registered under GoDaddy.com and I am using the Quick Blogcast service. I am willing to use another editing program if needed or to switch services

pursebuzz is created using Wordpress, a blogging software, it is free to use but to customize it like that will take some work, perhaps it would be a good idea to create a html / php website to do the same job. This would be a simple task for a web designer and a small challenge for someone new to web design.

Keep your domain with godaddy and get it hosted by other web host providing wordpress (Godaddy doesn’t provide it). One of these services is reachable at: http://bluehost-service.atspace.com . Their service is really great and easy to use.
