I'm wanting to transfer from Yahoo! webhosting, and want to get it right this time. My site isn't huge, but I do have 2 seperate log in's and various forms, so I guess I will need php, mySQL, PERL??? Stuff like that. I'll also need e-mail addresses, but I assume that is standard.

2 – Easy to use for novices (good customer service)
3 – php, mySQL, email, PERL
4 – good with Dreamweaver 8

I want to develop a website where users can upload information onto the site however, I have no experience using HTML, Perl or any of that stuff. Is there a web hosting service that offers a drag and drop page builder that I can do somewhat advanced stuff on it?? Also the computers at my school have Frontpage installed on them, can I create a user generated site with that? Thank you!!!
