2. with FileHost the limit for file size is up to 500MB, but the file will be automatically deleted after 30 days of no download:

what ever you will choose, check carefully at the terms/FAQ for how long will your files will be saved. in 4share for example (mentioned in earlier answer) you have to log in every 30 days or your files will be deleted automatically.
