Lunarpages or Webhostingpad?

- I need more bang for my buck.
- Which one has the fewest problems with customer service?
- I'm not experienced at sitebuilding at all. What's the most user/idiot friendly?

I personally use LunarPages for my web needs. It's very reasonably priced, comes with a lot of nice extras (which I haven't actually used yet), and in 2 years their servers were only down once (lasted about an hour). Webhostingpad does offer a site builder, which has some pre-made designs and template ideas etc. while LunarPages does not. LunarPages is really geared toward the more experienced user. Because of that, I think you might do better with Webhostingpad. I've never used them before, so I couldn't tell you how good or bad their tech support is.
