For anyone who knows godaddy.?
Posted on Apr 21, 2009 under GoDaddy.com | 5 CommentsI know godaddy sucks but that aside. I have a hosting account and when i go to edit it it is just gone. I tried to set up a new account but the domain i want to use isnt in the list. If you go to the site it is still all there so i dont know whats wrong. i emailed support but there response was nowhere near what i needed.

The domain doesn't magically show up in your new account.
If it is supposed to be in the old one contact customer support.
It looks like it has ventured elsewhere without your authorization.
But that's actually not easy to manage with godaddy.
and DO NOT SEND your details to the guy above me. Just
contact customer support.

Instead of an email, call their tech support number. If what happened the couple of times I want temporarily brain dead is any indication, they'll get you set up in no time.
