godaddy, ipower or bluehost?

what would you recomend from your personal expereinces?
websites will be for small businesses.
i am a non-script expert.
i have been looking around and think bluehost is kinda a bit better…
but you please tell me what ur personal experience is with all 3 or either one…

Of these three I would recommend Bluehost (or Hostmonster since they're basically the same company, just a new brand).
