    Go to www paypal com - and apply for your account - it is attached to your checking account at bank of china, very easy.

    You can signup for Bluehost for $3.95 per month. I would set up a paypal account or you can pay with any major credit card such as visa, mastercard, amex, etc…

    The domain is included with one of their web hosting packages…
