Can I get a .CC domain cheaper than $19.99 a year?

I want a .cc domain because my dj name is only open on that. GoDaddy is $19.99 a year but I wanted to be sure that's the cheapest I can get.

    well how much webspace does that include? is there a limit on your site traffic? how many uploads does it support?

    there are much more important questions when searching for domains than "how cheap is it"

    I'm a domain reseller and I can't register a .CC domain for less than $26 per year (my cost) - I'd jump on that offer.
