Does HostGator.com let you style your website with html?

Hostgator is just a web hosting service. It means you can design your site any way you want (colors, fonts, designs) and then upload it to Hostgator. There’s no restriction on how you can design. If you want examples, look at the sites designed by the free Blinkweb templates.
