There really isn’t a hosting company out there to suit your budget. There are many web hosting companies that will offer free web hosting at the cost of an advertisement placed somewhere on your website. A Google search on ‘free web hosting’ can find you some sites that host for free. Aside from the annoying ads that are placed on your site, you may also experience downtime on your site as well as periods of slowness.

I would be a little nervous with hosts that charge under $20/year. I would go with a respectable host like hostgator.
