How do you design a GoDaddy website?

Ever since I was little I wanted to be a singer so my Dad bought me my own website domain but never put it up because I was just doing plays and Open Mics. So now I want and HAVE to design my own website because my parents don’t know anything about computers.

I need all the steps to building a GoDaddy website. Including how to get to your site design page or whatever. I need MAGOR HELP!!!!
