    http://www.shieldhost.com seems to work well. I don’t know what packages they offer now, but I got in on a starter package that is like $24 a year for a gig or web space. Yeah, I don’t think you can beat that.

    You should also consider factors such as the amount of traffic your site needs to handle, the type of content you’re hosting (audio and video require substantial bandwidth so take this into account). Furthermore, if this is for a business, you should consider hosting companies with storefront options (so folks can order items online).
