How do I get lunarpages to give me my money back?
Posted on Sep 21, 2009 under lunarpages.com | 65 CommentsI subscribed to Lunarpages last year for a school assignment, and this year I tried to unsubscribe, I sent in every possible e-mail, requested that my account be canceled to every office they had, with the information they required, and followed every step they told me to take. Now they just resubscribed me and withdrew money from my bank account. I requested a refund and they’re ignoring me. What can I do?

If they did that on purpose, call your bank, they will always get ur money back.

talk to your bank about blocking these transactions
keep a record of all the emails you’ve sent (and received) for legal purposes
