I’ve been using them for about 6 months now. What I like is that I have one account for one price – the $10/month one – and I have probably 10 domains and several subdomains on it and I can add many more in the future and I don’t have to worry about it.
I’ve had to contact them via phone for billing support, and also I’ve contacted them via their site to have server settings changed, and they’re freaking awesome as far as customer support is concerned. I never have to wait long to have issues resolved.
I have noticed that sometimes my sites run a little slow, but I can’t say for sure that it’s their service. For their price, you can’t expect crazy fast results all the time. Totally worth what you pay for.

Well, they’re one of the best, especially for that price.
They’re also one of the largest hosting companies, they’re currently hosting almost 2 million websites.
You can find a couple of cheaper hosts, but if you don’t necessary need something cheaper they’re great!
