im trying to start my own internet site–someone please fill me in on what i need i know i need a domain name but do i need a web host –what is a web host–
i’ve tried many web hostings so far, mainly
-geocities (didnt like the ads)
-webstarts (doesnt work with my HTML =(
-angelfire (just doesnt work)
and a few more on the internet through yahoo.
i tried brinkster, and i really liked it, but now i can’t access it. so im using atspace now. can someone tell me if there’s any other website that can give non advertisement free hosting? or at least SMALL advertisements is fine with me too. but it has to be able to read HTML properly. =) thank you!!! ^^
what is the cheapest, easiest to use, and best quaitiy Web host

GoDaddy is $9 a year aprox its expensive because .co.uk is 2 years min i think

If I purchase a domain name on Godaddy.com,can I host the site on another company such as bluegravity.com
They are less strict with web based content……
I’m looking for a workaround, the ad banners are really annoying with GoDaddy’s free hosting.
