I don’t have any experience with Domain name or Hosting registration before but I heard that we can use discount coupon to have a special discount for these services. However, there’re many kind of coupons too.
Then, what’s the best discount coupon to use with name.com and hostgator.com at the moment? When I say best I mean in the long run not just for the first month. And where can get it?
Please help me. Thank you so much.

Hi,
I’ve made a site on iWeb ‘09. I want to pay for a real domain w/ GoDaddy.com. How do I get the site i made onto that URL?
There is a PUBLISH button in iWeb, but not sure if it works with this?
Does GoDaddy give you an FTP server or whatever to be able to use the nifty publish button?
What’s the easiest way to do this? Thanks!

I’m actually helping someone with their site. They made a site in Multiply but wants to use their own domain name. I came across Go Daddy, which was the cheapest amongst all the site I’ve checked out, and I didn’t know how to use it really. So, once I get the domain name they want, what do I do next?
It said this:
Enter the domain name you are transferring: <- What do I put here? the multiply site or the domain they want?

I’ve struggled with this for over a week, but I am at my wits end! In the nicer flash photo gallerys, the swf file references a "photos" folder that you can update via an xml file. Godaddy tried to get you to pay monthly for their photo gallery service, so they make it difficult for you to set this up on your own. I can upload the swf flash gallery file, but I can’t get it to reference the photos. How do I get it to link to the photos?? I uploaded the xml file but I don’t think it’s seeing it. I can upload the photos but I don’t see any way to link to them. I’m new to all this, but I’m a pretty sharp guy and I just can’t get it working.
Is anyone using a nice flash gallery for godaddy’s website tonight that can give me a hand? What’s the trick to get this to work?? Help !!!
Or does anyone have an .FLA flash gallery code that has the photos embedded within the code that I can just go in and swap out for my photos and save as an swf?? Kind of the long way to go, but once I set this up, there are going to be very few changes, if any.
I am looking for a SPECIFIC answer relating to godaddy’s WEBSITE TONIGHT.
They let you upload swf files but I don’t see how you link to the photos themselves

sportsactionphotosnj.com
i’ve used the hosting control center to upload my site, i put the links on it, then i put the pictures in a folder on it…that didn’t work, so i put them one by one in the same part as the links..they still don’t work
is there a separate way to upload the pictures to the website??
Thanks! check it, its working!

Hi,
I am trying to create a web page. My domain is hosted through godaddy.com and just created my hosting account to get started. What cheap or free program can I start to use to build my web pages to upload to the Go daddy’s ftp center that will be compatible and what not. I know a little HTML but not enough to just start punching out the codes I want into a notepad.
Thanks!
