Looking for a free message board host…?
Posted on Nov 02, 2009 under free hosting | 8 CommentsI have a proboards site, and i like how the forum is set up. the only problem is that with the coppa law you have to be 13 or older to sign up, and i was wondeirng if there is a mesage board host where you dont have to be 13. ive seen sites where if ur under u just enter ur parents email and they have to approve. anything like that???
