Something along the lines of strongVPN, though for some reason many reviewers seem to indicate that strongVPN is a slow VPN provider… But something within the 7$ range and under, with good reviews and a track record for reliability.

I’ve used a personal VPN from SurfBouncer for over a year. Video works fine and I’ve had no speed issues.
