Anyone work for GoDaddy?
Posted on Nov 21, 2009 under GoDaddy.com | 44 CommentsI’m considering taking a job with GoDaddy as a Sales and Technical Support rep. Seems like a good company but I’d like to know a little more. They say the average rep. makes $42,000-$45,000 salary plus commission in the first year with some making over $60,000, wondering if this is realistic. Appreciate any feedback about the job.

At this time, where unemployment is high, I suggest you take the job. I am certain there are hundreds, even thousands of individuals who would happily take the position for the salary & commission you have mentioned.
A OTE ( on target earnings ) of $60K for a technical sales rep is not the highest around, but it is reasonable. The base of about $3.5K a month is average, so your opportunity to earn more will depend on the commission portion. Sell more – make more.

What I wouldnt give to have a debate with you about this. You just say so many things that come from nowhere that Im pretty sure Id have a fair shot. Your blog is great visually, I mean people wont be bored. But others who can see past the videos and the layout wont be so impressed with your generic understanding of this topic.

I have recently started using the blogengine.net and I having some problems here? in your blog you stated that we need to enable write permissions on the App_Data folder…unfortunately I don’t understand how to enable it.
